For the last 7 years, Luchele has been hiring and learning from Machine Learning Engineers building AI Technology for global Tech companies across Europe and USA.

Hailing from a Language and Psychology background, Luchele had no experience in Programming and had 0 interest in Software Engineering, but the nature of her work demanded that she step out of her comfort zone and embrace the evolving tech landscape. She learned from the pros of the enormous potential as well as limitations of AI and experienced how the technology works from the inside. From there she was able to build an intuitive understanding of how the Machine really learns., memorizes and creates text and images at human-level accuracy.

She soon reckoned with the enormous capabilities of AI for the simple reason that AI could speak and understand Human Language. She finally understood that she could use her strengths in language to command the right prompts to get exactly what she needs from the AI.
