EU Funding programs for Entrepreneurs

Do you know how to get support for your start-up? 

There is a lack of finance for breakthrough and disruptive innovators in Europe, with an estimated total equity-funding gap of about €70 billion.

The EU has several programs to support you and your company. The EIC Accelerator supports high-risk, high-potential small and medium-sized enterprises and innovators to help them develop and bring onto the market new innovative products, services and business models that could drive economic growth. The EC is targeting 35% of women-led companies funded by the EIC Accelerator.

Selected companies receive funding and optional equity and are offered business coaching and mentoring to scale up their innovation idea. They get extra acceleration services to connect with investors, corporates and likeminded entrepreneurs.

Masterclass speaker: Virginie Robin

Virginie is the CEO of Euronovia, which assists startups, companies and public organisations in obtaining European funding for their research and innovation projects. Over the last 15 years, she has acquired deep expertise in European research and innovation programs. After working on more than 50 European projects at the CNRS both for grant application and project management, she participated in the negotiations of EU programs at the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research before setting up her own company specialised in EU funding in 2014. She is managing today a team of 10 consultants, working for clients all over Europe.
